Tom Ipomai

Tom Ipomai started as the CEO of Ler Ltd in October 2012. Earlier, Tom had gained experience in private equity working in a start-up fund.

He previously worked in Deloitte Consulting Ltd’s Corporate Finance team from 2004 to 2011 rising to Associate Director.

Tom has also held senior management positions in Barclays Bank in Kenya, Zambia and UK.

Rachael Adeti Muga

She is the newest member to join the LER management team. She brings along a vast experience in integrated communication and sales and marketing activities. She has previously worked in Sales department at Jubilee Insurance Company amongst other institutions in the service providing industry. 

She is charged with marketing, coordinating and maintaining sales proposals for the company’s products

Emmanuel Odhiambo Owiti

Emmanuel joined Ler Ltd in 2014 and is responsible for the upkeep of all the company properties and coordinating all projects suppliers, consultants and contractors.

Earlier, Emmanuel worked with Mavji Construction Co. as Site Agent and with Tajmall Ltd as a site engineer and project manager among other companies, where he gained massive 7 years’ experience of supervising multi -million construction projects.
